Zo and his team are nothing short of phenomenal! Their team is able to under cut most other phone carriers and provide a very high level of customer service. We are very happy with their team!

It is incredibly rare to find a telecom provider that actually feels like a partner rather than a massive, faceless corporation.
If you are looking for a phone provider that actually cares about your business, look no further than RemiPBX.

We migrated three separate organizations over to them, which involved:

Dozens of active phone lines

A complex mix of both corded and cordless hardware

Traditional fax integrations

From day one, their team has been incredibly accommodating, tailoring the entire setup to our unique environment and specific needs.

What really sets RemiPBX apart is their customer service. It feels incredibly close, personal, and fast. Every single inquiry we’ve ever sent has been met with a prompt, helpful response. They don't treat us like a ticket number; they treat us like partners. Highly, highly recommended!

RemiPBX is an outstanding organization. They prove that there is room in the huge telecom industry for entrepreneurs who are not subjected to corporate greed. They are local and respond immediately to any need. All is good, and you cannot beat the price.

RemiPBX has wonderful support team that has always been very responsive with any phone related issues or concerns that we have. They helped us with the initial training on how to use the phone system. They provided us great feedback and made suggestions on how we can improve to provide better client experiences. I highly recommend RemiPBX!
